We nurture neurodiverse and marginalised staff to become valuable changemakers. We believe small actions, multiplied across communities, can create extraordinary change. It is a Council-funded education program helping get discounted composting systems into homes and gardens around Melbourne and beyond. The program supported by great people passionate about food and gardening, to help you save money and the environment. |

Who We AreCompost Community is the creation of environmental educator, compost enthusiast and behaviour change marketing guru Ella Boyen. Compost Community is a program set up for community sustainable behaviour change education for local councils on waste minimisation.
Ella has over 20 years' experience in environmental management, environmental education, marketing and communication. She has also worked extensively in local government and understands the idiosyncrasies and requirements of local government contracts. Compost Community is affiliated with Ella's other ventures, Chooktopia (sustainable products and services - retail) and Wild Emu Design, Ella's web design venture. |
