Terms and conditions

Eligible Manningham residents can receive 60% off selected compost systems and free shipping on one system.
Shipping charges will apply to additional items added to the shopping cart.
Rebate valid only on selected systems. Other items on this website may be purchased without the Manningham discount.
Discounts are for eligible Manningham residents only. A Manningham residential address must be provided.
If your address is not within Manningham Municipality, you are not eligible to use the discount code. If you use the discount code and are not eligible, you will be contacted to pay the gap or receive a refund LESS ADMIN FEE. If you exceed the discount by ordering multiple times with the discount code, you will be contacted with the option of paying the gap or cancelling some items ($5 admin fee applies).
Council will verify your address and approve orders prior to sshippping
Free shipping on first item only. All additional parcels will attract up to $20 shipping fees and be ineligible for further council-funded discounts.
Delivery is within Manningham municipality
You must enter your code (in the product title) at checkout to get your council discount.
Physical address must be provided.

FAQs: Ordering a compost system

How much is the rebate?

The rebate is 60% off plus free shipping (shipping valued at $20). So if you order a product for $100, you will receive a $60 discount AND free shipping.

How do I claim the rebate?

Ensure you use the product discount code (in the title of the product) at checkout.

This will automatically deduct 60% of the compost sytem cost at checkout.

Can I claim more than one rebate?

No, there is one rebate per household.

What if I forget to use the discount code?

Reply to your order confirmation email asap and let us know. There is a limited window in which we can rectify this.

Can I order more than one compost system?

Yes, however you can only claim the rebate on your first system. If you exceed your rebate or are otherwise ineligible, we will contact you with options to cancel or modify your order.

How do I know if I am eligible?

Your residential address will be in the Manningham municipality. If you are not sure of your municipality, type your address into the search bar ABS Maps to check.
You haven't claimed a subsidised compost system through Manningham City Council since 30 June 2021

Can you deliver to a PO box?

Most items can be delivered to a PO Box, however so that your order can be approved, please ensure you also provide your home address as either a billing address or in Order Notes.

Can you deliver to my work address?

We can deliver anywhere in metro melbourne, but PLEASE ensure you provide your home address in th ebilling details or order notes so we can approve your order.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will arrive in up to two weeks. If there are any delays, we will keep you informed as we go.

How do I know if my order is approved?

We will send you an automated email advising you of your order being approved, and further emails as your order is packed and shipped.

What if my order rebate is not approved?

If your rebate is not approved, you will receive an email stating the reason your rebate was not approved (such as ineligible address, reabte claimed previously etc). This email will contain options such as paying the gap or cancelling your order and receiving a refund.

My order is missing an item. WhAT DO i DO?

Please open up and unpack your order before you contact us! 999 times out of 1000 the item is inside!

If an item is genuinely missing, please contact us and we will:
a) check what you ordered
b) check our packing list
c) contact you with a resolution
