Picture
Glen Eira – Compost Community Terms and Conditions

Glen Eira residents receive one rebate per household per financial year off a selected range of quality composting and worm farm systems.

Glen Eira schools and kindergardens can receive one rebate per centre/school per financial year off a selected range of quality composting and worm farm systems.

Please use the discount code (in brackets of product title) at checkout to receive your discount. Discount applies to orders within the Municipality to products from this page only.

Follow the steps below to claim your discount.

How it works

Step 1: Are you ELIGIBLE?
You must be a resident of the Glen Eira municipality to receive the Glen Eira compost subsidy. This means your billing/delivery address must be a physical, residential address within the Glen Eira municipality.

Not sure if you are a resident of Glen Eira? Use the button below and enter your address to find out your municipality.
Check your council area
STEP 2: Read the terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions:

  • Eligible Glen Eira residents can receive a compost rebate dependent on the compost system ordered.
  • Rebates range from 10% to 80% off the Compost Community price.
  • There are a set number of subsidies per compost system.
  • Residents may claim a subsidy on ONE compost system per household per financial year. One compost system means a worm farm OR a compost bin OR off a bokashi kit OR a tumbler.
  • If you exceed the rebate/discount by using the wrong code (claiming more than you are eligible), or ordering multiple times with the discount code, subsequent orders will be rejected. You will receive an email advising you of the option of paying the gap or cancelling additional orders ($5 admin fee applies).
  • Discounts are for eligible Glen Eira residents only.
  • Delivery is within Glen Eira.
  • Click and collect is available from Langwarrin. Do not arrive for collection until you have received your email advising you that colleciton is ready.
  • You must enter your code (in brackets in product title) at checkout to get your council discount.
  • Physical address must be provided.
By ordering you agree to these terms and conditions.
