From time to time you will receive an email newsletter. As Compost Community is all about education and not pushy on sales, we'd prefer that you stay subscribed so that you can get relevant updates for your area, though you can unsubscribe at any time.
By answering our occasional survey we can compile the data to see just how much food waste has been composed by our members.
Q. How long will it take to accept my registration?
A. It's automatic - you are now a member. Your council may have specific qualification requirements if you order with their discount - please follow the instructions on your council's ordering page to ensure you qualify to use the discount code.
Q. What if I think I've misspelled my email address?
A. Fill in the Join form again or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Where do I find my discount code?
A. Only some municipalities require a code. Once you have set your password, click through to the Order page, and then on your Council logo or product for the relevant code.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Usually around 2 weeks. It varies by Council area based on Council's approval turnaround time.
Q. Why are some items not available separately?
A. Due to our shipping set up with our suppliers, we have simplified everything as much as possible into 'packages' from each supplier. If you want a specific item on its own, please do not hesitate to get in touch, as we can generally arrange this for you.
Q. What if my Council is not a member?
A. You can still access some of the education resources, and order through the public store.
