Note your registration is checked by a human before your welcome email is issued - thus it is not instant. There is no need to fill in the registration form multiple times unless you believe you have made a mistake.

It's simple. When you get to a page that is exclusive to your membership level, you will be prompted to login. Each Council area has its own exclusive shop front with your subsidised composting products. If you have any problems logging in, please do not hesitate to SMS or call 0408 056 185 for technical support.
Your exclusive shopfront will show your discount code to enter at checkout. If it doesn't update automatically, give it a moment to update.
Q. How long will it take to accept my registration?
A. Around 48 hours unless we have a backlog of incomplete addresses
Q. What if I think I've misspelled my email address?
A. Fill in the Join form again or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Q. Where do I find my discount code?
A. Once you have set your password, click through to the Order page, and then on your Council area for the relevant code.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Usually around 2 weeks. Orders received by 5pm Thursdays are generally delivered by the following Thursday. Orders missing this cut off time are sent in the following week's batch. On rare occasions it can take longer if an item is on back order. We will contact you if this is ever the case.
1 June 2018 NB: Worms with Vermihut orders are delayed as the farm has relocated and is reestablishing breeding facilities. We can still accommodate worms separately. Email email@example.com if you would like assistance.
Q. Why are some items not available separately?
A. Due to our shipping set up with our suppliers, we have simplified everything as much as possible into 'packages' from each supplier. If you want a specific item on its own, please do not hesitate to get in touch, as we can generally arrange this for you.
Q. What if my Council is not a member?
A. You can still access some of the resources, and for products you will be redirected to our parent site, Chooktopia.
